The Q3 2026 WA Qlik User Group brought the local Qlik community together for another evening of practical learnings, knowledge sharing and networking.

Ajay Kumar from Qlik shared the latest updates on current and upcoming Qlik releases, including new capabilities designed to make application migration easier by allowing customers to transfer existing apps, objects and other content into the new environment.

Craig Harper from Western Power broke down what the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act (PRIS Act) means for Qlik applications and the importance of privacy and data governance.

Sergey Makushynski from Qurious Solutions shared Smart Search tips and tricks that allow users to quickly filter and navigate through data. He also demonstrated a practical drill-through approach for upgrading dashboards, allowing users to move from any number or KPI directly to the underlying details.
